All Hail This Pale Ale

This looks like it has turned out to be an excellent batch, with a bitterness like I've never experienced. The Nugget hops really gives it a nice strong bitterness. And all this before it's even had a chance to condition in the keg. Just from the initial few glasses I've had, I expect this to be one of my best.

3 lb. 5 oz. Light malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract

Boil only the dry malt extract and the corn sugar. Add the syrup after the boil, to maintain the light color.
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (14% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 2 packets of Coopers Ale yeast (gold package)
Log: Brewed: 01-13-2007

Fermented in room kept @65F

After 24 hours, added one more oz of Cascade hops to the fermenter. This makes a total of 1 oz - Nugget and 4 ox Casade.

Kegged: 01-25-2007
Carbonation: Set CO2 to about 15psi and rolled the keg for about 15 minutes to get the carbonation started. After a couple of days, the carbonation was at an acceptable level.
Tasting: Need to give it a little conditioning time before I can really assess where I'd change anything.
