Steep: | Steep grains in 1 qt of water at 150° for 30 minutes. Rinse grains with .5 qt of water at 170°. Stir in dried malt extract and bring to a boil. | |||||||

Add 1 oz of Centennial hops at 60 minute mark. Add .5 oz Centennial, and .5 oz Cascade hops at 30 minute mark. Add 1 oz Cascade hops at 15 minute mark, also adding 3 lbs liquid malt extract and irish moss. | ||||||||
