Steep: | Steep grains to 170 deg for 30 minutes. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.102 | 2.5 gallons | |||||

1 tsp Irish Moss 45 minutes into boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (aroma) |

Yeast: | 15gm Cooper's brewers yeast. | |||||||
Log: | Use one oz Cascade hop pellets 55 minutes into boil and turn off heat. Primary fermentor for one week. Rack into secondary with 1/2 oz Cascade hop pellets & 1/2 oz Northern Brewer hop pellets (dry hop). Prime with corn sugar. Condition in bottles for two weeks. | |||||||
