Festivus (for the Rest of Us) Ale

There are those who think good beer should have the word "light" in the name. Then there is "Festivus" for the rest of us.

OG and FG are a little low with 1.007 FG. I probably should have boiled off anther qt with a more vigorous boil. I ran out of room in the fermenter and dumped more wort than usual with the trub
Carbonation: 2.8 volumes Corn Sugar: 6.10 oz. for 6 gallons @ 65°F
Tasting: Malt flavor comes thru well from the Victory and melanoiden malts. Nice copper color. Dry hopped Nugget hops are developing a nice citrus note. Grassy flavor is decreasing over time. Hop flavor/aroma is not overwhelming. This is a good beer with or with out the dry hopping.
