Steep: | Put .5lbs of crystal malt in grain bag. Add to 2 gallons of cold water. Bring to boil. Remove malt. Add DME, 2ozs Saaz hops, and continue the boil. | |||||||
Boil: | 45 minutes | SG 1.202 | 2 gallons | |||||
6 lb. Light dry malt extract 3 lb. Honey 10 lb. cherries |

After boil, follow Charlie Papazians' directions for Cherries in the Snow. | ||||||||
Hops: | 2 oz. Saaz (4.0% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Saaz (4.0% AA, 15 min.) |

Log: | This is a "trial and error" batch. I will be brewing this one very soon. After brewing, I will age this one 10 months before testing, if I can hang on that long!! | |||||||
