mash @155 for 60 min...sparge with 170 to reach 6.5 gallons
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 6 gallons
irish moss last 15 of boil
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1056
Log: dry hop 1oz centenial
Carbonation: keg and force carb
Tasting: second attempt, first one was good but it could be better. so added cara pils to give it more body
