Add 13 quarts of 168°F water to grains. Allow 1 hour at 153°F. Pull 1 gallon decoction, add to 1 gallon boiling water, bring to boil and reintroduce to mash tun. Hold 10 min at 170°F. Continuous sparge with 170°F water to reach 7.5 gal. | ||||||||
