Yeast: | Cool wort to +/-80 degrees. Add water to wort to get 5-1/2 gallons and 72 degrees Pitched Dry Ale Yeast - SAF US-05 American Ale Yeast |

Log: | Ferment at 68-70 degrees for 1 week or until bubbling ceases. Rack to secondary fermenter and suspend 1oz of Cascade leaf hops in brew, ferment 1 additional week. | |||||||
