Green Tea Pale Ale

Simple Pale Ale with a little twist of green tea.

Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: 3.2kg American 2-row
0.15kg American Munich
0.15kg American crystal 40L
0.1kg Flaked wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
Step-infusion mash:
8L of water, 30 min at 35°C;
30 min at 50 °C;
60 min at 67 °C;
5 min at 75 °C;
Added 12L of water at 80 °C gradually for sparging.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 19 liters
Add water periodically in order to maintain at least 15L boiling. Infused 30g of green tea in 1L of water. Added right after boil. Dry hopped with 30g of green tea. Adjust after second fermentation by adding tea boiled the same day to the bottling bucket.
Hops: 20g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
20g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Safale-05, American Ale
