Tasting: Big hop aroma of grapefruit, tangerine, peaches, and pine - a bit more than the commercial one, but quite nice. Hop flavor is much more earthy than aroma. Honey malt, even though very small amount used, is big with a light honey sweetness plus rye/munich providing perfect balance to the moderate bitterness. A very nice beer that tends to make my rotation at least once a year (or at least a close proximation).
