Invisible Pink Unicorn Scottish Ale #2
This is a very slight tweaking of a recipe I found quite tasty.
Note the 6-gallon batch size.

Tasting: | Nice maltiness with a touch of hops to make it interesting. Took a first place in category as a Heavy at a modest-sized competition, and a 2nd place at another. In spite of being rather heavy for a Heavy, judges thought it a bit thin. (Notes refer to the first recipe, which was very similar.) |
