Alcohol: 6.9% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Water: Only Removed chlorine. Portland, Oregon water is about 25PPM
Grain: 16 lb. British pale
12 oz. American Munich
1 lb. 4 oz. British crystal 50-60L
3 oz. British black patent
3 oz. Peated malt
Mash: 65% efficiency
Infusion at 158 degrees
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.064 7 gallons
Removed first 2 quarts from run off and boiled down to 1 quart. Put back in boil pot.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.9% AA, 75 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Scottish - 1728.
