Tasting: | Tasted at racking time and was blown away completely. I have never brewed anything that was this good this soon!! I think this one will be another blue ribbon beer for the Head. Very smooth. Maltiness is perfectly balanced, not a lot of hop flavor(which was the plan). Head size and retention are outstanding. Finishes well and leaves us wanting more. The only thing that was not idea was the conditioning time in the keg. Our carbonation was a little weak, but what the hell the beer is still fantastic....It's not Crap!! It must be Scottish!!! |
