8 oz. British Carastan
1 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 70% efficiency
stove top mini mash.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.119 3.5 gallons
5 lb. Amber malt extract
2 lb. Honey
whirlfloc tablet & yeast nutrient at 10 minutes.
Hops: .5 oz. US Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Dry heatehr tips (60 min.)
.5 oz. US Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Dry heatehr tips (30 min.)
.5 oz. US Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Dry heatehr tips (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 direct pitch
Carbonation: 4 oz corn sugar
