Mock Bock Bock
This is my attempt at a malty ale that hopefully will imitate a lager. The grain bill reflects mostly German malts, with a few tried and true others for balance. Besides, the whole range of the german malts is very hard to find. The cashews here are illegal and immoral concerning German brewing, but I'm American.

Tasting: | Excellent. Strong, but very lager like. Touch of sweetness. The cashews caused some haze, I don't recommend their use unless you like clarification and filtering. |
