Bavarian windmill pale wheat beer
Took a Baverian ale recipe and made a super Belgian pale wheat beer,
It was my first time using a Beer Slurry and Brambling Cross hops I will do that one again. citrus and fruit flavors abound with the sweet honey taste.

Hops: | 28g Kent Goldings (6.2% AA, 55 min.) 21g Hallertauer (aroma) |

Yeast: | White labs Belgan ale yeast and a Growler full of slurry (yeast) from Jack Russell Brewery Big Ass Wheat beer. |

Log: | Ferment at 68f 4 days , secondary 21days at 54f, then bottled | |||||||
Carbonation: | 25lbs 2/3days, then 10lbs pour/bottle | |||||||
