This is a nice and easy North American drinking beer. No watering taste like those commercial beer. More body and malty flavor with a hint of corny like savor. All around year beer

You can use corn starch with no problem (1 cup). Munich is for a touch of malty flavor. Crystal for coloring and more taste and body (balance corn). Wheat for head retention and corn for typical north beer. Single step infusion mash @ 150-152 F for 2 hours (75%). Mash out @ 168 F.
