12 oz. Honey
1 tsp Irish Moss at 15 minutes
Add the honey with 30 min left in boil
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 120 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: coopers ale yeast
Carbonation: 2.7 volumes Honey: 6.70 oz. for 6 gallons @ 68°F
