1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Flaked corn
Mash: 75% efficiency
Standard infusion at 150 degrees for one hour.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.045 7 gallons
Hops: 0.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Used one liter starter from wyeast 2035.
