An attempt at creating a California-style steam beer. Named it after my 20 years service in the Navy.

Log: | Ferment at room temperature (primary) and in my basement (60 degrees) for secondary. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 1 cup corn sugar for priming, bottle condition at 60 degrees. |
