Add Malt extract, boil 10 mins. Add Northen Brewer hops. Boil 35 mins. Add Hallertauer hops. Add 3 Tbs Irish Moss. Boil 15 mins. Turn off heat. Add Hallertauer hops and honey. Cool to 70°F.Pitch yeast |
