to reduce measurements, you can add an even 2 oz of the Tet. Hops last 15 minutes add 1 orange (peel and orange slices) sliced in 1/2 in strips. last 15 minutes add 1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes add 1/10th tsp Pectic Enzyme |

Log: | ferment @69 degrees ferment for 2 weeks after fermentation is done, add flavoring of choice (strawberry - kiwi) tastes great. this produces a nice clear color, if you want it colored more, add specialty grains, or about 1 can of strawberries in the red sauce at this point. let ferment for 3 more days, then rack and bottle. |
