Water: 3 Gallons Indianapolis City water boiled and cooled to near freezing.
3 Gallons Indianapolis City water boiled before ingredients added.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.096 3 gallons
5 lb. 11.5 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
1 Whirlfloc Tablet with 15 Minutes remaining.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (3.6% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: 2112 California Lager Yeast Smack pack.

Fermentation temperature: 58°F
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 4.49 oz. for 5 gallons @ 60°F
