I mashed in at a ratio of 1 qt/lb. Kettle mashing allows me to reach the other temperatures without further infusions. 30 min. protien rest at @ 122°F 60 min. saccharification rest @ 152°F 5 min. mash out @ 170°F |

Tasting: | Comes across slightly sweet, hop bitterness definitely in the background, brilliantly clear, decent head. Kind of reminded me of Bohemia beer imported from Mexico. |
