What the Helles This?

This is a remake of a Helles I did a few months ago. It tasted good,
but I didn't want it to be as dark as last time. I used Belgian
Caramunich last time which made it a little darker than I was aiming
for. I used Vienna this time to substitute. It was good last time.

5 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Grain: 7.21 lb. Belgian Pilsner
0.67 lb. German Vienna
0.67 lb. Belgian aromatic
0.70 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 85% efficiency
-122° for 20 minutes
-152° for 90 minutes
-Up to 167 for lautering.
-Add 170° water till desired amount is attained.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 7 gallons
Whirfoil Tabs at 15 Minutes
Hops: 0.43 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.43 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs South German Lager Yeaast
