Water: Add 2T colcium cloride to mash
Grain: 14 lb. American 2-row
12 lb. American Vienna
2 lb. American Munich
1 lb. American crystal 20L
1 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 70% efficiency
Protien rest @ 126° for 10 min.
Raise to 150°
Mash @ 150° for 60 min.
Raise to 168° and start sparge.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.045 16.5 gallons
2T Irish moss for 15 min.
Hops: 4 oz. Saaz (4% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 3 different ones
