1 lb. American crystal 10L
Mash: 60% efficiency
Single step mash in 2 gal. water @156 deg. for 90 min.Sparge with 3 gal. @175 deg.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.060 5 gallons
4.5 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: .5 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Bavarian lager
Log: Brewing on 2/28/99
Will ferment in basement @ 45-50 deg.
Carbonation: Bottle condition with 1 1/4 cups DME(light)
