Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash in 66c for 60 min.
Mash out 75c for 5 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 6 gallons
Hops: .85 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Hefeweizen Ale
