I brewed this beer so I could have a lighter, more refrshing beer after mowing the lawn or other summer activities.

Added grist to 5 quarts of 164° strike water. Temp was a bit low (below 150° ) so I added 2- quarts of 200° water. Mashed at 152° for 1.5 hours. Sparged with 2- gallons of 170° water and collected 3- gallons of wort. Actual efficiency was 70%. | ||||||||

Added 1- teaspoon irish moss for last 15 minutes. I don't know why I did this considering the beer style. | ||||||||

Yeast: | Used a tube of Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen Yeast to fit the desired style. | |||||||
