Yeast: | CL-920 German Wheat: A true, top fermenting Weizenbier yeast. Intensely spicy, clovey and phenolic. This yeast is highly attenuative and flocks in large, loose clumps. Use for all Weizen recipes and is particularly good in Wiezenbocks. |
