This was an easy & inexpensive batch to brew, came quite close to a Paulaner Hefeweizen.

Log: | Boiled 9/4/2005, racked 9/10/2005, bottled 9/18/2005. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Primed with 3/4 cup corn sugar. Carbonated well, but after 3 months in the bottle, foamed quite a bit when pouring. | |||||||
Tasting: | Not much banana/clove nose, but bubblegum flavor is definitely in there. Fermented around 75, may go even warmer next time to see if that brings out more banana. |
