.50 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 15 min.)
.50 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 3333 German Wheat Yeast
Log: Primary fermentaion for 7 days, kegged and chilled
Carbonation: 2/3c Corn Sugar @ Kegging
Tasting: Well received wheat, in line for brewing soon w/o changes
