Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 7 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: Pure, Ozark Mountain bottled spring water
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 20L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: steep grains to 170 degrees F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.136 2 gallons
7 lb. Wheat extract
Irish Moss added with 15 minutes of the boil left
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Bavarian Wheat Wyeast (liquid), extra large. Pop 3 hrs before pitching
Carbonation: standard 3/4 cup corn sugar at bottling time
