OG: 1.048 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Grain: 1.8kg German Pilsner
1.8kg Wheat malt
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.048 19 liters
Hops: 17g Pride of Ringwood (8% AA, 60 min.)
8g Saaz (3.75% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast W3638 Bavarian Weizen yeast
3l starter
Ferment at cool temperatures (c 16C)
Carbonation: Carbonate to 4 volumes of CO2 (for 19l, that's 220g of cane sugar or 231g of dextrose). Make sure you use bottles that can handle that level of carbonation.
