this is is an emerging stile in England. Take any standard bitter recipe and replace about half the barley with malted wheat. Makes a much better beer than you might think.

Tasting: | After six weeks this beer is really outstanding. A very well balenced ale. Toobad there isn't a catagory to enter. |
