Steep: | Crush and steep in .5 gallons of 150° water for 20 minutes. Strain into brew pot and sparge grains with .5 gallons of 150° water. Add water to brew pot for 1.5 gallons. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add water to bring volume up to 2.5 gallons. Add Pale Malt Extract and Styrain Golding Hops. |
