.25 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.25 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.25 lb. British chocolate
1 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 70% efficiency
- Single Infusion Mash at 153° with 3.5 gallons
- Sparge with 2 gallons at 170° and again with 2 gallons, or 4 total if you can fit it in your mash tun.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: WLP300 Hefeweizen
