Tasting: | Dark amber-orange color with slight haze and billowing head. Clove stands out with banana, cherry and apple fruit notes more in background. Wheat is there but also has some plum type notes and chocolate/nutty quality stands out a lot more than would think. Much lighter mouthfeel due to low mash temp with some higher alcohol and a slight tartness in the finish, but makes it quite drinkable. Very nice. |
