BaccaChew Wheat
This is my first partial mash recipie. I am brewing it a second time since the first batch tasted so good. It's a simple, light, slightly sweet beer that pleases me and my bud drinking friends alike.

Mash grain at about 154°F for 1 hour, sparge with 1.5 gallons of 170° water. | ||||||||

2 lb. Light malt extract 1 lb. Wheat extract 0 lb. 8 oz. Honey |

Irish moss added 15 minutes before end of boil. Honey added at flameout. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 20 min.) |

Tasting: | My first attempt at this turned out good, though I had to compensate for a boilover, so I am not sure of the gravities. Second batch on the way. |
