Just brewed this up on 9/4/04, it is hanging out in the secondary now, so I will update later to report quality

Log: | Add wort to water in primary, bringing total volume to 5 gallons. Ferment at 70° in primary for 6-7 days, rack to secondary. Have not bottled yet, will give specific times at bottling |
