balls on blue berry Wheat
This is one my buddy Los and i just came up with not sure how it will taste but we are going to try this one out soon too.

Steep: | Steep grains for about 30 mins at 155 then for another 30 mins at 165. | |||||||

Bring the water you steep the grains in to a boil mix in all extracs and stir very well. Boil for about an hour add hops as directed or as wanted.. | ||||||||

Log: | in your primary fermentor have 8 lbs of fresh or frozen blue berries and about 3 gals of cool or cold water. pour in your wort, add water to make five gals. when the temp reaches between 60 and 70 degrees pitch your yeast. | |||||||
