Mash: 65% efficiency
Single-step influsion at 155°F for 60 minutes, then a 10 minute protein rest at 170°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 5 gallons
3.3 lb. Wheat extract
1 lb. Honey
Grated orange peel?
Hops: .25 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 15 min.)

Carbonation: Bottle prime with 5 oz. clover honey.
