Raspberry Wheat

Attempted to create a wheaty raspberry beer.

Bitterness: 18 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.005
Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Water: gypsum
Grain: 3 lb. Wheat malt
12 oz. British mild
8 oz. Belgian aromatic
12 oz. American crystal 40L
12 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 70% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.091 3 gallons
2 lb. 12 oz. Wheat extract
Add 3 lbs raspberry to wort as it's cooling for at least 10-15 min.
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Bavarian Wheat, American Wheat, or American Hef
