Nutty Wheat
This is a simple wheat beer with the addition of almond flavor. Just thought we would give it a try.

Tasting: | This tastes like a traditional wheat with a little twist. Banana esters are evident with a very slight almond like aroma. Taste is a little bitter, but I expect it to smooth out with time. Maybe a little too much wheat, may add some light extract next time to reduce wheat content. |
