Grain: 360g Flaked wheat
181g American crystal 10L
Steep: Steep grains for 20 minutes at 155°F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.108 2.75 gallons
2.5kg Light dry malt extract Wheat
340g Honey
Add 1 zest of orange last 15 minutes and add to one of the fermenters.
Hops: 28.4g Magnum (12% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Munich Dry Yeast
Log: brewed 10-24-10
Hops utilized were home grown Magnum.
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Keg: 11.2 psi @ 40°F
