First All Grain Batch. First Fruit Beer.

Bitterness: 15 IBU
OG: 1.041 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.0% v/v (3.1% w/w)
Water: Bottled ArrowHead Moutain Spring Water.
Grain: 3 lb. American 2-row
5.4 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 65% efficiency
Single Step Infusion Mash, Strike 170°F, Hold Mash at 148°F for 60 min. Mashout at 170°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Liquid Hefewiezen (WLP300)
Log: Add 6 pounds of frozen Raspberries to the Secondary.
Rack into secondary 7-10 days after brewing.
Carbonation: 3.8 volumes Keg: 41.5 psi @ 60°F
Half of batch will be bottled, other half will be Kegged in new 2.5 gallon keg.
