Peachy Keen
This turned out to be a great summertime thirst quencher. It's refreshing, tasty and both my wife and I enjoy it. So good I had to share.

Tasting: | Very tasty. Solid wheat beer base with a mild but lasting peach aftertaste. I was going for a refreshing lawnmower beer but this actually came out heavier than that. Next time I'm going to up the peaches, cut back on the wheat extract and not bother with the corriander, I just had some left over this time. My batch came out a little less alcoholic (4.1%) and darker (about peach colored) than the numbers above show. I think I might add irish moss and give it a week in the secondary just to clear it up a bit next time as well. Enjoy! |
