Yeast: wyeast belgian wit 3944 made starter
Log: primary fermenter for 7 days at 68 degrees, rack to secondary add 2 lbs cherries for 7 days
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.74 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
Tasting: measured OG at 1.063
