Spooky Pumpkin Ale

Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Grain: 195g American 2-row
100g American crystal 60L
100g Belgian CaraVienne
200g American victory
Steep: Steep grains for 45 minutes at 155°F. Steep 1.75 lbs of baked Cinderella pumpkin 45 minutes at 155°F
Boil: 30 minutes SG 1.102 1.25 gallons
675g Light malt extract
475g Wheat extract
160g Brown sugar
Add extract when temperature reaches 185°F and sustain a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes. Add spices (1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 3.5 grams of sweet orange peel) at last 5 minutes of hop boil.
Hops: 7g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
6g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: Munton Dry
Log: Add the 1.75 lbs of Cinderella pumpkin used from the steeping into primary fermentation.
