Water: | I used good ole "East Bay Mud" Water. If you are from the bay area you know this is great treated water. I wouldn't spend money on water for this brew unless I lived in Concord or Pittsburg. LOL |

Grain: | 1 lb. German Munich 1 lb. American crystal 120L 2 oz. Roasted barley |

Steep: | I steeped the grains all in one bag before putting in the extract/sugars. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.082 | 3 gallons | |||||
3 lb. Dark dry malt extract 1 lb. Brown sugar 1 lb. Corn sugar |

Irish moss last 10 minutes | ||||||||
Hops: | 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (9.6% AA, 45 min.) 1 oz. Liberty (5.3% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | I rehydrated ythe coopers brewers yeast about 15 minutes before pitching it. | |||||||
Carbonation: | I will be using 3/4 c of corn sugar | |||||||
Tasting: | I will be adding some blueberry concentrate before adding the sugar for racking. This should be interesting. |
